Shipping Coverage Area
We currently ship to customers within the Continental United States only. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email confirming that we’ve received it. This email serves as your receipt and includes your order details. Please review it carefully and contact us right away if anything looks incorrect.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. This includes order verification, quality checks, and preparation for shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
For large, customized, or high-demand items, processing times may vary slightly. If an item is out of stock or requires additional preparation, we’ll contact you directly with updated timelines before shipment.
Shipment Notification & Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active once the carrier has received the shipment.
Estimated Delivery Time
After processing, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days in transit.
Typical total delivery time is 7–12 business days from the date of purchase.
Delivery timelines may vary based on item size, destination, carrier availability, and weather or regional conditions.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted national carriers, including FedEx, UPS, USPS, and freight carriers for oversized or heavy items.
